Participation Terms for the CBT Visa Draw

The Terms and Conditions of the CBT Visa Draw outline rules and eligibility. By registering, you agree to follow these terms. Read carefully to understand your responsibilities and how the process ensures a fair, transparent selection.

  1. Participation in the draw signifies acceptance of these terms in their latest published form.
  2. All official details regarding the Europe Visa Draw are published only on our website cbtvisaservices.pk/draw. No other source is authorized to provide information about this draw.
  3. Any individual can apply multiple times.
  4. Multiple individuals from the same household may also apply multiple times.
  5. The registration fee is PKR 15,000 per entry.
  6. The only valid payment account is listed on the official draw page. No other bank account or payment method is authorized unless explicitly stated on the draw page.
  7. After submitting the fee, visit our website and click on “Register” to complete your entry.
  8. Registration confirmation will be available within 24 to 48 hours after payment verification.
  9. Only entries with verified payment status will be added to the official draw list.
  10. Draw dates are published on the official draw page and may be changed at the discretion of CBT Visa Services Pakistan.
  11. Submission of registration does not guarantee inclusion in the draw. All initial registrations are evaluated, and only payment-verified entries will be entered into the draw.
  12. No refunds are allowed for the registration fee under any circumstances.
  13. The company plans to facilitate 100 to 200 people per year for the Europe Visa Draw.
  14. Winners will be announced exclusively on the Results Page of our official website.
  15. Participants must provide a valid phone number and CNIC during registration to claim their winner status.
  16. Failure to provide accurate details may result in forfeiture of the winning position.
  17. Winners are selected using an automated process with no human involvement or manual intervention.
  18. The company reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  19. A registration is only valid until the next draw.
  20. Registrations cannot be transferred from one person to another.
  21. Edit requests are not allowed. If you have entered an incorrect phone number or CNIC, we are unfortunately unable to make changes.
  22. The CBT Visa Draw is conducted purely as a charitable initiative to support financially disadvantaged individuals in covering their visa application and related expenses.
  23. Any small contribution collected from participants is pooled together and 100% of the funds are spent directly on covering the visa charges and related costs of the selected beneficiaries.
  24. This program is not a lottery, gambling, or profit-making scheme. CBT Visa Services does not retain any part of the contributions for personal or commercial gain, and all collected funds are fully utilized for the applicants’ benefit.
  25. By participating, applicants acknowledge that this is a charity-based sponsorship program, The sole aim is to help cover visa application fees and related charges for selected participants.
